Healing tends to happen when we are the most connected to ourselves. That might mean taking a step back from the stresses of our everyday world and looking at our whole story. It often means letting go of our expectations, taking time out from the things we think we ‘should’ be achieving, and learning how to soften.

For me, Yin and Reiki practices are the perfect balance to our hectic London lives and the best way to reconnect to ourselves. Reiki helps us to soothe anxiety, nervousness and overwhelm. Yin teaches us to slow down, find softness and let go of the need to strive for more.
