  • Yes, that’s absolutely fine. Although, it can mean you don’t relax as fully, so if it’s possible to find childcare, that might be better for you.

  • Yes, I have found both yoga and reiki helpful tools for soothing my own insomnia so this is something we can focus on for you. Pop me an email if you have specific concerns.

  • Yes, you’ll pay when you book your session. For a bundle of 3 sessions, you’ll pay the full total up-front.

Reiki

  • Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing practice. You can find out more about it HERE

  • It depends, I recommend 3 sessions usually. However, you’re welcome to start with one and see how you feel. Many people have regular ongoing Reiki sessions to help with overall wellness.

  • Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. You don’t need to bring anything specific with you.

  • Yes, absolutely.

  • A session is usually 1 hour (including a brief chat at the beginning and end).

Yoga

  • This is very common in Pregnancy and symptoms vary. I always advise my clients to a specialist physio or osteopath. It's super helpful - even if it’s one session - to hear the feedback. Mindful movement is so important, so we learn to reduce things that may aggravate the symptoms and lean more into things that feel good and pace activities but really movement is essential otherwise everything else will stiffen up. So together we tailor the session exactly to your own needs.

  • If you are new to yoga, then you’ll need to wait until the second trimester before starting any active practice.

  • Yes. A one-to-one class can be a great way to try yoga and get familiar with the basics. You can ask questions and explore what works for you.

  • Yes! Babies are very welcome. Although, some Mums prefer to find childcare. It's up to you and your circumstances

  • Usually 6 weeks, although listen to the advice of your physio, doctor or midwife. It will be longer (approx. 10 weeks) after caesarean birth.

  • Yes, although you will need to wait a little longer to get started (approx. 10 weeks) after caesarean birth. Check with your physio, doctor or midwife.

  • Yes, I offer home visits for women in East London and elsewhere. I also provide virtual online sessions and distance reiki.
