Grief Pathways

Whether grief is new to you or not, it can be an incredibly lonely place.
It changes you innately, you become a different version of yourself.

And whilst our experiences with grief will all be very different and our circumstances, situations and coping mechanisms will vary, in our society, we often share a sense that it’s a forbidden topic. 

 

In my own experience, I felt I was meant to bury it inside and suppress it. I didn’t express how I felt, and that started to have a very physical impact in my body. It showed up in anxiety and insomnia for me. For others it might be digestive issues, depression, panic attacks, illness or allergies. 


Yoga, Reiki and Breathwork can all be powerful tools for bringing you back to yourself. They help to cultivate more peace and calm, to access buried emotions and empower you in moving forward. This is a journey to take at your own pace, but it can be a transformational one.
