Cancellation & Attendance Policy 

 -       Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time. 

 -       Cancellations: in-person sessions can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the start time for a full refund.

 -       Cancellations: in-person sessions can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the start time and re-booked at no extra cost.

 -       Cancellations: virtual sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time and re-booked for no extra cost.

 -       Late-cancellations / No-shows will not be refunded or credited.

Terms & Conditions

 -       Session bundles / pack of 3 sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable to other people. 

 -       Session bundles / pack of 3 sessions have a 3-month expiry date from date-of-purchase.

 -      Promotions cannot be combined or backdated.

 -       I reserve the right of refusal.
