Hi, I'm Judy — a Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master from Scotland, now based in London. I specialise in restorative practices: Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, breathwork, and Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga.
I help people manage anxiety, sleep better, and reconnect with themselves when life feels overwhelming. With over 10 years of teaching experience, I'm known for my warm, grounded approach and my ability to meet you exactly where you are.
I'm also the co-founder of Ánimo Yoga in East London.
